摘要
目的观察口服复方甘草酸苷片和养血生发胶囊并外用米诺地尔搽剂中西医结合治疗斑秃的临床疗效及安全性。方法将符合要求的99例患者随机分为2组。治疗组53例,口服复方甘草酸苷片50mg,每日3次,和养血生发胶囊每次4粒,每日2次,同时外用2%米诺地尔搽剂,每日3次。对照组46例单服养血生发胶囊,每次4粒,每日2次,和外用2%米诺地尔搽剂,每日3次。两组疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组痊愈率与对照组痊愈率分别为62.26%、41.30%;治疗组的总显效率和对照组的总显效率分别为84.90%、65.21%。治疗组与对照组在痊愈率和总显效率比较均有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗斑秃的临床效果好,不良反应小。
Objective To observe the oral administration of glycyrrhizin tablets and capsules and Yangxueshengfa liniment topical minoxidil treatment of alopecia areata Integrative Medicine Clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Will meet the requirements of the 99 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group,53 cases of oral glycyrrhizin tablets 50mg,3 times a day,and every four Yangxueshengfa capsules,2 times a day,while 2% minoxidil topical liniment,3 times a day.The control group of 46 patients with single service Yangxueshengfa capsule,4 capsules each time,2 times a day,and 2% minoxidil topical liniment,3 times a day.Were treated for 3 months.Results Rate of the treatment group and control group cure rates were 62.26%,41.30%; total effective treatment group and control group,the total effective rate was 84.90%,65.21%.Treatment group and control group in the recovery rate and total effective rate were significantly different,the treatment group than the control group （P〈 0.05）.Treatment group,no signifi cant adverse reactions. Conclusion Integrated traditional and western medicine treatment of alopecia areata clinical effect,side effects.
