摘要
2004年以来各地相继出现了农民工用工短缺的局面。在影响农民进城务工的诸多因素中,工资收入起着决定性作用。笔者通过实地调研数据,对呼兰区农民工工资现状及主要原因进行分析,得出该地农民工工资不合理的主要原因在于企业利用最低工资标准变相压低工资、农民工自身缺乏技能培训和政府监管力度不足3个方面。同时定义并计算了农民工期望工资,指出呼兰区农民工的期望工资为当地最低工资标准合理执行(计入加班费后最低工资)的0.91~1.01倍;是上年社会平均工资的0.98~1.12倍。
Among the factors causing farmers to hunt jobs in cities, the wage income plays a decisive role. So in this paper, Based on field research, by the analysis of migrant workers ’ wage status and basic reasons in Hulan District, we get the reasons of unreasonable wages to migrant workers mainly includes three aspects: enterprise use of the minimum wage to undercut wages, migrant workers have not enough skills and government lack supervision. Also it defines and calculated the expected wages of migrant workers, it is 0.91~1.01 times as many as local minimum wage standard (after adding the overtime pay); and 0.98~1.12 times as many as AVG salary last year.
