摘要 达:通—过膜采脂用脂5肪℃酸低不温饱处和理度,研—究植A物tf低ad温8叶抗绿性体之转间基的因关烟系草,即对膜冷脂胁脂迫肪的酸生不理饱响和应化。在从植而物揭抗示低fad温8中的超的作用。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,烟草幼苗的丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈增加趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先上升后下降。Atfad8叶绿体转基因烟草的MDA含量明显低于对照植株,而抗氧化酶活性明显高于对照植株。Atfad8基因的导入提高了烟草幼苗的耐冷害能力。 Physiological response to cold stress in transplastomic Atfad8 tobacco plants and non-transgenic tobacco plants were investigated at 5℃ temperature.The results showed that the content of Malonaldehyde (MDA) and activity of POD under 5℃ treatments were increased,while the activity of SOD and CAT were decreased with the time.Under the cold stress,the activities of POD,SOD and CAT in transplastomic tobacco plants were obviously higher than those in the non-transgenic tobacco plants.The contents of MDA in transplastomic tobacco plants were obviously lower than those in the non-transgenic tobacco plants.The results showed that over expressing Atfad8 gene in chloroplast genome improved the chlling resistance ability of plants.
