摘要
介绍一种新型的非圆齿轮液压马达的结构和工作原理。建立非圆齿轮节曲线的数学模型,分析其成立条件。对马达配流盘结构进行详细分析,得出配流孔位置和配流孔窗口形状,为以后的设计与制造提供理论依据。并提出该马达的研究方向。
The structure and principle of a new type of non-circular gear hydraulic motors were introduced.The non-circular gear pitch curves mathematical model was established and its established conditions were analyzed.The motor valve plate structure was analyzed and the position and shape of the assignment pore were obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the future design and manufacture.The research direction of the motor was presented.
