摘要
对石蜡材料驱动的温控阀的结构和工作原理进行了分析,基于流体力学理论和石蜡的热膨胀性能,建立了温控阀在工作过程中的数学模型,此数学模型揭示了温控阀开口量变化和温度变化之间的关系,为研究该温控阀的性能提供了理论基础。
The structure and working principle of the temperature-sensing valve actuated by paraffin were analyzed.Based on the hydrodynamic theory and thermal expansion property of paraffin,the mathematic model of the temperature-sensing valve was built in work process.The relation between valve port change and temperature change was disclosed from the mathematic model.Thus,theoretical foundation for studying the performances of the temperature-sensing valve was provided.
