胶磷矿和白云石的嵌布特征及磨矿细度试验 被引量:14

摘要 针对贵州织金中低品位磷矿石在进行物质组成研究的基础上进行浮选富集磷的试验,主要考察了胶磷矿和白云石的嵌布特征以及磨矿细度对浮选的影响。试样中磷的化学物相分析结果显示,矿石中P2O5绝大部分为胶磷矿中的P2O5,该试样浮选回收的对象为胶磷矿。对胶磷矿和白云石的嵌布特征进行研究的结果表明:试样中部分呈致密状嵌布的胶磷矿,其整体嵌布粒度粗,且包含大量细粒的白云石、方解石和石英、粘土矿物;其次胶磷矿呈生物碎屑状、粒状、肾状、不规则状等嵌布于白云石中,这部分胶磷矿的嵌布粒度相对于其胶结物白云石来说很细。以上两种嵌布特征都给选矿磨矿过程中磨矿细度的选择带来了难题,想要获得好的浮选指标,磨矿细度的选择很重要。对于原矿含P2O523.65%,MgO5.96%,采用"一粗一精"反浮选工艺流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占74.38%的条件下,获得的磷精矿含P2O532.25%,MgO0.75%,精矿中P2O5回收率84.39%,MgO的脱除率为92.02%。 Investigation on the floatation of middle-low grade phosphate ore from Zhijin Guizhou was conducted based on its com- position research. The effect of dissemination characteristics of collo- phanite and dolomite, as well as grinding fineness on floatation was investigated. The chemical phase analysis showed that the major part of P20s was in coUophanite, thus the floatation recycling object was collophanite. The research of dissemination characteristics of collo- phanite and dolomite indicated that part of compact collophanite disseminated grain size was generally coarse. The compact collophanite contains plenty of fine grained dolomite, calcite, quartz and clay minerals. Secondly, the bioclastic, grainy, kidney shape and irregularly collophanite embed in the dolomite. The disseminated grain size of this part of collophanite is fine relative to dolomite. The two kind of dissemination characteristics above make it difficult to choose grind- ing fineness in the grinding process. The grinding fineness is important to obtain a good process indexes. Raw materials contain 23. 65% P2O5 and 5.96% MgO . When the reverse flotation (one roughing one cleaning) is conducted at the grinding fineness of - 0. 074 mm fraction taking up 74.38%, concentrates acquired contain 32.25% P2O5 and 0.75% MgO , and the recovery of P2O5 is 84. 39% ,and the removal rate of MgO is 92.02%.
