分离富勒烯的新型高效液相色谱固定相

New High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Stationary Phase for the Separation of C_60 and C_70

摘要 从分子结构与分子间作用力的关系出发,以富电子性化合物甲苯、o-二甲苯、α-甲基萘修饰的聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯(PS-DVB)树脂作为固定相分离C_(60)、C_(70)混合物,获得很好的结果,其中以α-甲基萘修饰PS-DVB树脂作为固定相分离效果最理想。 New high performance liquid chromatographic stationary phases, Polystyrene-divinylbenzene(PS-DVB) resins modified by the compounds with electron-donating groups were prepared for the separation of C60 and C70. Strong interaction forces resulted fromπ -πcharge transfer interactions between the fullerenes and the stationary phases made it possible to use strong solvent, such as o-xylene, as mobile phase in which fullerene has high solubility. Among the stationary phases studied, the PS-DVB resin modified by α-methylnaphthalene is the best in the separation of C60 and C70 . Its column loading capacity is about 15 times higher than that of Ultrastyragel column. The separation factor of C60, and C70 is also high. Irreversible adsorption of fullerenes on the column was not observed obviously.
