摘要
冷却塔填料表面传热传质过程的理论计算都与一个经验参数——传质系数有关。因为过去人们都将这个参数表示成水气流量的函数,未能正确地反映传质系数对水冷却塔传热传质过程重要影响的本质。采用液膜蒸发理论,将传质系数表示成湿空气温差及压差的函数,新的计算方法将改善冷却塔的设计计算。
The theoretical models for description of the heat and mass
transfer on surfaces of fillers in cooling towers are related to an empirical coefficient the mass
transfer coefficient. The previous workers considered that the mass transfer coefficient should
be determined by the mass flow rates of water and moist air. So that it can not reveal the
physical essence of mass transfer processes. Now the liquid film evaporation theory is used in
this paper and the mass transfer coefficient is expressed as the functions of temperature
difference and pressure difference of moist air. The new calculation method may improve the
design calculation of cooling towers.
