摘要经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)是1项新的、无创无痛、有效刺激大脑皮质的方法,由Barker等于1985年首先提出应用于人体,其理论基础是电磁传导的Faraday原理.当置于人体头部上方的线圈内有快速电流通过时,可产生一个时程极短的强大脉冲磁场,场强最高可达约2 T。
