摘要
目的:研究毛竹提取物和苦竹提取物的抗菌活性,为口腔抗菌印模材料的研制奠定实验基础。方法:采用琼脂稀释法药物敏感试验,测定毛竹提取物和苦竹提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923、大肠埃希菌ATCC25922和变异链球菌ATCC25175的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:毛竹提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为3.125mg/mL,对大肠埃希菌和变异链球菌的最小抑菌浓度均为6.25mg/mL;苦竹提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和变异链球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为3.125mg/mL、6.25mg/mL和12.5mg/mL。结论:两种竹提取物对供试菌均具有抑制作用。
AIM:To examine the antibacterial activity of the extracts from Phyllostachys pubescens and Pleioblastus amarus. METHODS:The minimal inhibitory concentrations ( MIC) of Phyllostachys pubescens and Pleioblastus amarus extracts to Staphylococus aures ATCC25923,Escherichia coli ATCC259 and Streptococcus mutans ATCC25175 were determined by agar dilution method. RESULTS:The MIC of P. pubescens extracts was 3. 125mg/mL against S. aures,and 6. 25mg/mL against E. coli and S. mutans; while the MIC of Pleioblastus amarus extracts was 3. 125mg/mL against S. aures,6. 25mg/mL against E. coli ans 12. 5 mg/mL against S. mutans. CONCLUSION:Both Phyllostachys pubescens and Pleioblastus amarus extracts showed bacterial inhibitory effects against the tested bacterial strains.
