摘要
通过对某厂７４台韩国产ＨＲＳ６５０型剑杆织机三个月剑带更换情况的跟踪分析，发现剑带失效主要发生在距剑带头端０～３００ｍｍ之间，失效的主要因素为磨损，并提出一些提高使用寿命的措施。
Change of the rapier tapes in seventyfour HRS650 rapier machines made in Korea and used for three months has been investigated.The results indicate that the invalidation of rapier tapes occurs mainly in 0300mm from rapier heads caused primarily by abrasion.The methods to extend the service life of rapier tapes have been suggested.
