改性柠檬酸的合成及其在纯棉织物防皱整理中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍了一种无甲醛防皱整理剂──改性柠檬酸(CCA)的合成与结构特点。通过正交试验,优选了在纯棉织物防皱整理中的应用工艺。试验表明,CCA与柠檬酸(CA)配合使用,不仅防皱效果好,而且成本低,使柠檬酸用于棉织物防皱整理中产生的泛黄。 In this paper,the synthesis and structural characteristics of the CCA is introduced. TheCCA is a formaldehyde free crease - resist finish agent.The cross - cut tests L9(3 )were done to find out the optimum finishing conditions of thecotton fabric. Tests are indicated when the CCA is cooperated with CA, not only the crease - resisteffect is very well, but also the use cost is cheap. The drawbacks are improved distinctly, whichIncluded yellowing,strengtLh loss and wash fastness when the CA is used alone.
