利用蛋白质单分子膜仿生合成锥形碳酸钡 被引量:1

Biomimetic synthesis of awl-shaped BaCO_3 with protein langmuir monolayers

摘要 针对模拟生物矿化和仿生合成中常采用液相混溶法在模拟生物矿化环境上的不足之处,提出了以碳酸钙氢钡过饱和溶液为亚相,利用牛血清白蛋白为单分子膜,采用LB技术模拟生物矿化仿生合成了碳酸钡颗粒.研究了在牛血清白蛋白为单分子膜作用下晶化时间对碳酸钡结构和形貌的影响,并通过XRD和SEM对物相结构和形貌进行了表征.分析表明在牛血清白蛋白单分子膜作用下碳酸钡经历了从无定型态到晶态的转变,晶体保持单一取向;同时形貌经历从圆片状到纺锤状再到锥形的变化过程.这些结果表明牛血清白蛋白单分子膜对碳酸钡的形貌和取向有较好的控制作用. The awl- shaped witherite particles have been grown at the air/solution interface by template-controlled method of using a langmuir monolayers based on bovine serum albumin (BSA). The as -prepared products were characterized with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X -ray diffraction (XRD). The resuhs showed that BSA langmuir monolayers not only can be used as templates to synthesis witherite with unusual morphology, but also can control the orientation of BaCO3. This research may provide new insight for the control of the morphologies of barium carbonate.
