摘要
我国临床专业本科生肿瘤学教学工作存在诸多不足。安排不同专业背景的教师担任肿瘤学概论教学,由肿瘤专业医师担任肿瘤学各论教学比目前的师资配置更为合理。现有课间实习收效甚微,改良空间狭小,安排生产实习能有效提高教学质量,有利于肿瘤学专业人才培养和高素质复合型医疗队伍的创建,满足社会需求。
Oncology teaching for Chinese clinical undergraduate has some deficiencies.Deployment of teachers of different professional backgrounds as instructors to cancer and oncology physician as instructors to each specialties neoplastic disease is more reasonable compared to current teacher allocation which has little effect in the internship between classes and has small space for improvement.Arranging clinical internship can improve the quality of teaching and is beneficial to training oncology professionals and conductive to creating complex high quality health care team to meet the needs of society.
