摘要
我科在2008年至2009年对同期五年制36名学生临床实习与七年制32名临床实习学生进行不同层次不同方法对比式的带教。其结果如下:七年制学生的成绩明显高于五年制学生,尤其以技能考核和综合评价明显。此项教学改革为制定适合八年制临床医学专业教学方法提供参考依据。
We compared 36 cases of five-year-system students of clinical specialty and 32 cases of seven-year-system students of clinical specialty with different teaching methods.The results for seven-year-system students of clinical specialty were better than five-year-system students of clinical specialty,especially skill assessment and comprehensive evaluation,which is the basis of advancing for eight-year-system medical education.
