摘要
为提高激光薄膜的抗激光强度,实验研究了薄膜新材料、镀膜基体的表面粗糙度和洁净度,薄膜中的杂质污染,镀膜后的热处理。
This paper mainly introduced the research work about the effect of the substrate preparation, coating materials, substrate condition and the impurities in the vacuum chamber during the deposition of optical coatings on Laser Induced Damage Threshold of films.
