摘要
508钢是一种核电工业用钢。采用Gleeble1500D热模拟机、光学金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究了508钢从奥氏体化温度以不同速度冷却后的贝氏体组织形貌,并测定了显微硬度。结果表明,508钢奥氏体化后以0.1~7.0℃/s的速度冷却,将依次获得粒状贝氏体、上贝氏体和下贝氏体,硬度逐渐上升,最小值约为260 HV,最大值约为440 HV。
508 steel is a steel for use with nuclear power industry.The morphology of bainitic structure in 508 steel cooled at various rates from austenitizing temperature was investigated by using Gleeble 1500D thermal simulator,OM and SEM,and the microhardness was measured as well.The results show that after 508 steel being cooled from austenitizing temperature at the rates of 0.1 to 7.0 ℃/s,granular bainite,upper bainite and lower bainite will successively form,and the hardness will gradually increase from the minimum of about 260 HV to the maximum of about 440 HV.
