摘要
对经过475~540℃时效的Fe-(15~25)Cr-(4~5)Al合金进行了TEM研究,观察到球形富Cr-α′相粒子从α相基体均匀析出。在475℃时效1000h后粒子的平均直径约8nm,间距约14nm。电子衍射斑点沿圆弧分裂和拉长,这表明α′相开始脱离与α相的共格关系,但在长时间内两相仍有〈001〉、〈111〉或〈011〉等晶向大体平行的取向关系。
In TEM studies on Fe (15~25)Cr (4~5)Al alloys aged at 475~540℃, the dispersed spheroidal particles of Cr rich α′ phase precipitated from α phase matrix were observed. After aging at 475℃ for 1000h, average diameter and space of the particles were about 8 and 14 nm. It was indicated that, according to splitting and elongating of electron diffraction spots of α phase along circle arcs weakening of the coherency between α′ phase and α phase occured during the aging, but the orientations of 〈001〉,〈111〉 or 〈011〉 of α′ phase remained to be roughly parallel to the same directions of α phase for a long time.
