摘要
面向社会公众提供服务是公共图书馆的重要职责之一。本文分别选取天津地区的四个社区进行调研,分析了社会公众对图书馆服务的利用现状、对图书馆服务的期待和要求。提出公共图书馆已经逐渐在社会公众的生活中产生影响,公共图书馆应利用现有的优势,充分利用各种资源,顺应社会发展的需要,有针对性地开发面向个人用户的服务项目,在天津城市发展和建设中实现自身的价值。
To provide services for the public is one of the important functions of public library.This paper investigates four selected communities in Tianjin,analyses the use status,expectations and requirements for the public library services,and thinks that public libraries should play existing advantages,fully use resources and develop the services for individual users according to the social demands in order to realize their own value in the urban development and construction of Tianjin.
