摘要
设计了一种逆变器输出串联拓扑结构的氦氖激光器高压电源,并对电压电流双环控制策略进行了讨论。仿真和实验结果表明,该氦氖激光器高压电源满足了激光管点亮和正常工作的要求,并且能够实现自动稳流,在激光管加速寿命实验中有着重要的意义。
A He-Ne laser power supply based on output-series inverters is designed. In this paper, voltage and current double loop-colsed control are discussed, and draw a conclusion that the voltage and current loop-closed control is more advantageous for the stability work of laser. Simulation and experiments show that the He-Ne laser tube can be lighted and work normally. Meanwhile, the current can be stabilized automatically, which is very important in the laser accelerated life test.
