摘要
提高教育教学质量是未来教育发展的战略主题。地方本科院校要用跨越式战略思维制定教育教学质量跨越式发展规划,用高起点策略摆脱固有的思维羁绊,用转型行动提高教育教学质量事件群的对接,并增强战略、策略与行动的系统链接,以达到提高教育教学质量的目的。
The Improvement of educational and teaching quality is the theme of the strategy for future educational development. The local colleges should make the leap-development plan with the strategy of leap development and get rid of the inherent mental slavery with the higher-starting strategy. In addition, the local colleges should also improve educational and teaching quality by means of the action of transformation and link strategy and action closely and systematically so as to achieve the purpose of improving educational and teaching quality.
