摘要
目的探讨限制电动钻钻孔开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术疗效。方法对56例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用限制电动钻钻孔开窗髓核摘除术进行治疗,采用日本骨科学会（JOA）下腰痛评分标准评价其手术后疗效。结果经过6个月~5年（平均1年6个月）的随访,所有患者切口均为Ⅰ期愈合,无血管和神经损伤等并发症;采用JOA下腰痛评分标准：优31例、良22例、中3例,优良率为94.64%。结论限制电动钻钻孔开窗髓核摘除术具有疗效好、创伤小、有效预防感染、恢复快优点,符合现代微创手术的理念,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新技术。
OBJECTIVE To explore the limited electric drill discectomy for lumbar disc herniation surgery.METHODS A total of 56 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with limited electric drill discectomy to treat patients,including 36 males and 20 females（aged 18-68 years with mean 41.2 years）.The disease course was from month to 28 years with an average of 4 years.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） scoring evaluation of effect on low back pain after surgery was adopted.RESULTS All patients were followed up for 6 months to 5 years and an average of 1.5 years.The scores of low back pain using JOA criteria： excellent were 31 cases,good were 22 cases,and the middle were 3 cases,the goodness rate was 94.64%.CONCLUSION The limited electric drill discectomy is effective,minimally invasive,with effective prevention of infection,faster recovery advantage,and consistent with the idea of modern minimally invasive surgery.It is a new technology for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
