摘要
目的:通过研究千佛菌对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠外周血Th1、Th2型细胞因子(IFN-γI、L-4)水平及I FN-γ/I L-4比值的影响,探讨千佛菌对衰老机体的免疫调节作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、衰老模型组、千佛菌大、小剂量组。除正常组外,其余均腹腔注射D-半乳糖制备衰老模型。千佛菌大、小剂量组分别以100%和50%药液每只每日0.4 mL灌胃,其余等量生理盐水灌胃。测定血清中IFN-γI、L-4含量并计算IFN-γ/IL-4比值,测定脾脏及胸腺指数。结果:模型组小鼠血清IFN-γI、L-4水平I、FN-γ/IL-4比值、脾脏及胸腺指数均明显降低,与正常组比较P<0.001;与模型组比较,千佛菌大、小剂量组IFN-γI、L-4水平、脾脏及胸腺指数均明显升高P<0.001I,FNγ/IL-4比值恢复;千佛菌大、小剂量组间IFN-γI、L-4比较P<0.001。结论:千佛菌对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠Th1、Th2型细胞因子水平及IFN-γ/IL-4比值具有升高作用,并能够显著增加小鼠的脾脏及胸腺指数,对D-半乳糖导致衰老的Th1/Th2免疫失衡具有一定的调节作用,能使之趋向恢复正常。
Objective:To observe the effects of QianFoJun on the level of Th1,Th2 type cytokines(IFN-γ,IL-4) in peripheral blood and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 for aged mice induced by D-galactose and to explore its mechanism of immune regulatory role.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into normal control group,aging model group,QianFoJun large and small dose groups.In addition to the normal group,the rest were injected D-galactose to make model with aging.QianFoJun large and small dose groups were given 100% or 50% drug liquid,orally 0.4mL per day and the remaining groups were given saline gavage.The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and the spleen and thymus index were determined and the IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio was calculated.Results:The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 levels,IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio,spleen and thymus index in the model group were higher than the normal group;there was significant difference between 2 groups(P〈0.001).Compared with the model group,the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 levels and spleen and thymus index in the QianFoJun large and low dose group increased;there was significant difference(P〈0.001);and the IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio was recovered in the QianFoJun large and low dose group.Compared with QianFoJun large and low dose groups in the level of IFN-γ,IL-4,there was significant difference between 2 groups(P〈0.001).Conclusion:QianFoJun can increase the level of Th1,Th2 type cytokines and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 for aged mice induced by D-galactose and the spleen and thymus index.It had some regulatory role for Th1/Th2 immune imbalance of aged mice induced by D-galactose and made the trend back to normal.
