母液比重对射流式混药器吸入性能影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 喷药浓度和单位面积喷药量是植保工作的两个非常重要的指标。本文根据射流式混药器在实际作业时必须满足不同农药母液的要求,以不同浓度的盐水模拟不同比重的农药母液,对混药器进行了吸入性能试验。试验在两种不同管径、4种不同工作压力条件下进行,测定混药器吸入不同比重母液时的吸入流量,得出了母液比重与混药器吸入流量的关系曲线,为射流式混药器的合理使用提供了参考。 Pesticide concentration and pesticide volume per unit area are two key indictors in crop protection.The performance test of jet type mixers have been conducted.by using salt water in order to simulate different pesticide concentration or different pesticides.Conclusions were drawn by the performance test as follow: size of pipe diameter has major influence on the inlet volume of salt water,specific gravity size of salt water has major influence on the trends of the inlet volume of salt water.The conclusion of correlation between the different specific gravity and the inlet volumes of salt water was concluded by curves in this paper.All information in the paper maybe help people are to work out jet type mixer in the future.
