摘要
采用自制的超临界水氧化器对造纸工业排放的黑液进行了试验研究,考察了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间、氧气过量等对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,过氧量的影响最为显著,其次是反应压力,反应时间和反应温度的影响较小。反应温度为450℃,压力26 MPa,氧气过量500%,反应时间120 s时,COD最高去除率可达99.92%。
Treatment of black liquor emissions from paper industry using self-made supercritical water oxidation reactor was performed.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,time and oxygen concentration on the COD removal rate were examined.Orthogonal test showed that the COD removal rate,oxygen excess the most significant effected,followed by the reaction pressure,reaction time and reaction temperature was less affected.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 450 ℃,the pressure was 26 MPa,oxygen excess was500%,and the reaction time was 120 s,the highest COD removal rate could be up to 99.92%.
