摘要 随着国民经济的迅速发展,我国正迎来地下工程开发的高潮。节能减排和低碳经济正越来越受到关注,开展地下工程节能减排是大势所趋。地下工程节能减排主要包括如下几个方面:尽量减小地下工程施工及使用过程中对周边环境产生的不良影响,如大气污染、地下水污染、土壤污染;建筑是所有耗能产业中的耗能大户,要尽量降低地下工程的建筑成本,采用新技术与新材料来降低使用能耗。抓住地下工程的发展机遇期,开展地下工程的节能减排研究与工程建设,是遵循人类社会发展规律和顺应当今世界发展潮流的战略举措。 With fast development of the nation economiy, China is meeting the climax of developing in underground engineering. People are paying more attention to the energy-saving and low emission. The expansion of the energy-saving and low emission in underground engineering is the general trends all over the world. The energy-saving and low-emission in underground engineering mostly includes three aspects. To deminish the negative effect to the adiacent environment in the process of construction and operation. Such as air pollution, ground water pollution, soil contamination and so on. We know that the building construetion is the most power consuming work in all industry. We must try our best to use new material and new science and technology success to cut down the cost on energy. We should catch hold of the chances about the developing of underground engineering. Developing the research of energy- saving and low emission and engineering construction is the strategic act which follows the law of human society evolution and also conforms to the current evolution all over the world.
