摘要
餐厨垃圾的规范管理不仅仅是环境保护或市容环境卫生问题,泔水猪、地沟油等敲响了食品安全的警钟。为此,从处理技术和管理制度两个层面出发,研究如何规范管理餐厨垃圾颇具现实意义。
The standard management of food waste is not only environmental protection or environmental sanitation issue, but also rings alarm bell for food safety such as pigs fed on swill and hogwash oil. Thus, it is quite significant to study how to regulate the management of food waste. This paper researched from two aspects of treatment technology and management system.
