水平层状岩体隧道超欠挖控制爆破技术 被引量:27

摘要 在水平层状岩体中进行隧道钻爆施工,由于岩层间夹制力非常小,极易受到震动而松弛、掉块,难以形成设计要求的拱形轮廓,超、欠挖现象严重。从大林隧道水平岩层的具体特点出发,分析了影响光面爆破效果的主要因素,并通过不断调整各爆破参数和加强施工管理等现场试验,总结了一套水平层状围岩光面爆破的施工技术。结果表明:该技术减少了超欠挖,改善了开挖质量,较好地解决了水平岩层成型困难的问题。 It is difficult to formulate arch outline and excessive and insufficient excavation is universal when blasting in horizontal layered rock mass.Because of the weak stress between the layers,the rock is easy to slack and drop when it is shake.In the light of concrete character in horizontal stratum of Da-Lin Tunnel,a suit smooth blasting technique in horizontal layered rock mass was summarized through analyzing the factors which influence the result of smooth blasting and adjusting the parameter of blasting in local test incessantly.The result shows the reseach not only reduces the excessive and insufficient excavation and costs,but also improves the quality of excavation and solves the problem of formulating arch outline in horizontal stratum.
