摘要 为研究小蓬草茎叶挥发油的组成及含量,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取小蓬草茎叶挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)获得其总离子流图,对各个色谱峰进行了定性,并用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对质量分数。结果表明:共鉴定出31个化合物,主要成分为苧稀(65.332%)、2,6-二甲基-6-(4-甲基-3-戌烯基)-双环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯(3.494%)、石竹烯氧化物(2.622%)等。 Objective to analyze the constituents of the essential oil fromConyzacanadensis's stalk and leaves.The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative contents were determined by area normalization.Results showed that 31compounds were separated and identified fromConyzac anadensis stalk and leaves.The main compounds were Limonene(65.332%)、Bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-ene,2,6-dimethyl-6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-(3.494%)、Caryophyllene oxide(2.622%).
