摘要
落实科学发展观对推进图书馆持续发展至关重要。以此着重论述了独立学院图书馆以人为本的人本管理与服务理念,构建其在信息时代的发展方向、建设手段,用科学发展观推进独立学院图书馆全面、协调以及可持续发展。
Implementing the scientific development concept is important for promoting the sustainable development of the li-brary.This article elaborates the people-based concept of humanistic management and service of the independent college library,so as to build its developmental direction and constructional method in information age.We can promote the comprehensive、coordinated、 sustainable development of independent college library by using scientific development concept.
