摘要
文章对微生态制剂(主要是活菌制剂)的作用机理、选用菌种、制作工艺、生态学效应研究、微生态制剂在国内禽业生产中的研究应用以及实际应用过程中出现的问题等方面的内容进行了阐述。总结了微生态制剂生产的关键方法和生态学效应研究手段,并就微生态制剂生产和使用过程中存在一些问题提出了解决思路。对微生态制剂未来的发展做出了展望。
The article was focused on probiotics（mainly viable preparation）of mechanism,strain selection,production technology and ecology effects,the applications of probiotics in the domestic poultry industry and problems in the process.The key process in producing probiotics and the strategies for studying on the ecological effects of probiotics were summarized. And some issues to the problems generates when we produce and use probiotics.The prospects for further development of probiotcs were made.
