摘要
探讨大学生实践教学模式和运行机制的特点,以提高教学质量为核心,结合社会需求和科学技术发展,提出并构建一种符合科学性、先进性和教育教学普遍规律,具有明显可操作性、可评估性和示范性的创新实践教学方法,即多元密集型实践创新能力培养体系。基于信息对抗技术专业的试验,结果表明该方案具有明显的特色,支持多元化的创新实践知识和技术密集型、实践资源密集型、实践活动和成果密集型的实践教学活动和过程,学生参与积极性高,受益面广,在提升学生质素和能力方面取得了良好的效果。同时,该方案社会效益明显,后效性强,具有很好的辐射示范作用,可以推广到其它专业、学科、学科群、学校,形成较为持久的影响。
Inquiring into the characters of university student practice teach model and working mechanism,Based on the key of the teach quality,combine the social requirements and science and technology development,a kind of proposal which conforms to the scientific law,advanced experience law and teach universal law,and which has the feature of implementation,evaluate and playing an exemplary role for the ability to innovate practice method is present in this paper,the name of the proposal is multi-element intensive innovate practice ability educate system. From the experimental results,the distinguishing feature of the proposal is obvious,it supports the teach activities and procedure of the innovate practice knowledge and technology intensive,practice resource intensive,practice various activities and achievements intensive,the active involvement and benefit of the students are good,the effect to promote the quality and ability of the students are fine. At the same time,the social benefit of the proposal is obvious,the future performance is powerful,and it plays an good exemplary role,and it can be applied to others specialized subject,branch of learning,branch of learning group,university,forms the lasting influence.
