一种小型离轴三反射系统的光机设计

摘要 基于某红外相机的离轴三反射光学系统,设计了小型的三反射系统用于实验,以进一步了解红外相机的光机结构设计中的关键技术。首先进行了光学设计;并在光学的基础上进行了结构设计;并通过加工试验件进行装调实验,验证了设计的合理性,达到了预期的目标。 To understand key technique of optical and structural design in the infrared camera,smaller three-mirror reflective system is designed for experiment based on off-axis three-mirror reflective optical system in the infrared camera.The optical system first is designed,then designed the structure based on the optical system.Through the alignment experiment,this optical and structural design is verified reasonably,the expectant goal is achieved.
