摘要
英国《国家校长标准(NSHT)》(简称《标准》)自实施以来的十余年中,在英国校长专业发展领域产生了很大的影响。它在实践中得以有效执行的一个重要因素是英国国家级校长专业资格培训项目(NPQH)的实施。具体来说,基于《标准》对参训人员进行全程评估,确保其全面落实;基于《标准》选择"资格培训"内容,使参训人员在培训后可以达到《标准》的要求;资格培训机构实现系统化和专业化,从而为《标准》的执行提供全方位专业保障。
National Standards for Head Teachers （NSHT） has had a tremendous influence in England and Wales for more ten years since it was carried out. An important factor that NSHT effects is to carry out National Professional Qualification for Headship（NPQH）. Specifically, trainees of NPQH are evaluated in the whole course of training based on NSHT, which ensure that they have potential to meet the standards; the training contents of NPQH is consistent with NSHT, which help trainees to meet the standards after training; the organization in charge of NPQH is systematized and professionalized, which offer the entire and professional basis for implementing of NSHT.
