摘要
以空气为加压气体,对高硅氧化锌矿进行了加压酸浸处理,探讨了浸出过程中硅的行为,反应生成的原硅酸在高温高压条件下,转变成容易过滤的脱水SiO2而进入渣中,渣中的硅以脱水SiO2和白云母形式存在。研究了各种因素对SiO2浸出和过滤性能的影响。
With air as the pressurized gas,the high silica zinc oxide ores were acid leached under pressure,the behavior of silicon in the leaching process was explored.Original silicate,which was generated by the leaching reaction,was transformed into easily filtered dehydrated SiO2 which entering into the slag.The impact of various factors on SiO2 leaching and filtration propertites were also studied.
