摘要
液化天然气技术已成为天然气工业中一个极其重要的部分,本文着重研究了发展前景较好的混合制冷剂液化天然气流程。因混合制冷剂液化天然气流程的计算复杂,在参阅了化工流程模拟计算软件的基础上,采用设备模块化的方法,设计了一套用于设计和计算该流程的程序。用该程序设计和计算了“开发利用东海天然气”项目,获得了比较好的结果。
The technology of liquefaction of natural gas (NG) will play a more importantrole for utilizing it more efficiently and economically. To exploit the natural gas in East Ocean ofChina, the analysis and comparison on various kinds of liquefied NG cycle have been made for thepeakshaving plant of Shanghai LNG. The mixed refrigeration liquefied NG cycle (MRC) is considered comparatively advanced and efficient, thus it is difficult to calculate the thermodynamic properties of MRC. A set of satisfactory programs adopting the modular method have been designedto calculate the MRC process. The conclusion provides the useful information for designers andoperators of the project.
