摘要
浙江省嵊州市渔溪坑水库电站建站35年,设备老化、效率低下,存在严重的安全隐患。本文从渔溪坑水库以灌溉为主结合发电的运行特性出发,本着安全、经济最大限度的利用原有水工建筑物的原则,对2种渔溪坑水库电站报废重建方案进行了优选,并对优选方案实施前后水库电站运行的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益进行了对比分析。
The power station of Yuxikeng reservoir was built up 35 years ago. There were serious potential safety risks because of equipments aging and inefficiency. According to the principle of most effective use of the existing hydraulic structures in a safe and economical way,and base on the multifunctive operating characteristics of Yuxikeng reservoir,this pappr compared two plans of scrap and reconstruction of the power station In the comparison,economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits were analyzed in the period of before and after the reservoir power station.
