摘要
目的探讨静脉肾盂造影患者的心理及其护理措施。方法采用交谈、观察及问卷调查方法分析静脉肾盂造影患者的心理问题及针对心理问题采取相应的护理措施。结果通过采取相应护理措施,各类心理问题的解决有一定比例的升高。结论我们在实际工作中发现,根据静脉肾盂造影患者不同的心理状态采取不同的心理护理措施,对于顺利完成检查具有良好的协助作用。
Objective To discuss the mental analysis and mental nursing of intravenous pyelography （ IVP） patients. Methods The mental problems of IVP patients were analysis by conversation,observation and questionnaire survey methods,and the corresponding nursing interventions were taken according to these mental problems. Results All kinds of mental problems were a certain proportional resolved through the corresponding nursing interventions. Conclusion We found that it had good effect to successfully completed IVP exam ac-cording the patients＇different psychological state to adopt different psychological nursing measures
