摘要
亚洲金融危机使我国的对外开放经贸受到了严重影响，而且其滞后效应仍将持续相当长的时间，危害性不可低估。同时，也暴露出我国外经贸体制、管理和战略导向上长期存在的诸多问题。针对这些问题进行了深层的思考和分析，并提出相应的可行性对策，以尽量减少危机对我国外贸的影响，从根本上提高我国的国际竞争力。
he Asian financial crisis is exerting a precipitous influence on our foreign trade and economic cooperation and its retarding effect will last for a long period of time and therfore should not be underestimated. This has revealed many long -standing problems in our foreign trade and cooperation system, management and strategic guidance. In view of the situation, this paper, having made a thorough-going analysis of these problems, puts forward some workable and appropriate countermeasures to tackle them so as to mimimize as much as possible the harm Which could be caused by the crisis to our foreign trade, thus fundamentally enhancing our competitive power in the international market.
