摘要
根据600MW超临界直流锅炉再热器系统和过热器系统的具体特点,对锅炉再热器系统和过热器系统建立了3种不同的集总参数动态数学模型,并编制程序进行了仿真计算,得到烟气挡板调节再热汽温时,采用不同模型时再热汽温和过热汽温的动态特性,并对其动态特性进行比较,研究适合超临界锅炉再热器系统和过热器系统的数学模型。
On the basis of 600 MW supercritieal boiler, three types of lumped parameter models of heating surfaces in superheater and reheater system are established. And a simulation program is designed to study the dynamic characteristics of the steam temperature when the opening of gas distribution damper changes. According to simulation results, the dynamic responses of steam temperature with different models are compared and analyzed, which provides advice on choosing a better dynamic model for single-phase heated surface in supercritical boilers.
