摘要
旋转式固液分离机广泛适用于工业废水的固液分离,可去除污水中直径大于0.35mm以上的固体物质。亦可应用于化工、轻工等行业的固液分离。但它在使用过程中,其尾部旋转滤筒与输送介质管道间有一定间隙,少量介质会通过此间隙飞溅或以溢流的方式从尾部泄漏到尾部的传动链条、链轮、电机等设备上,影响设备的正常工作及清洁卫生。同时在滤筒旋转的过程中,水份减少的固体会逐渐随滤筒的转动从尾部排出,但在滤筒旋转的过程中,也会有部分固体物料会粘接在滤筒上随滤筒转动,直至运动到最上方而跌落,跌落的较干物料如若落在导流板上则会造成导流板堵塞,影响物料的分布。
Rotary solid-liquid separator is widely used in the treatment of industrial waste water.It can remove the solid materials which are more than 0.35mm in diameter from the waste water.Also it can be used in solid-liquid separation of Chemical Industry.In the working process,there is a space between the ending rotary filter cartridge and the medium pipeline.So some materials will give away from the gap by splashing or overflowing,and then leak to the surface of the equipments,such as the driving chain,chain wheels and the motor.Finally,it will impact on the working condition and cleaning effects.At the same time,with the rotating of the machine,the solid containing less water will be pushed out from the end.Some of the materials will rotate with the filter cartridge to the top,and then drop on the deflector.Therefore,it leads to the blockage of the deflector and further effects on the material distribution.
