摘要 探讨处理温度、处理时间和盐酸浓度对高温高压制备微晶纤维素的影响,结果表明:从微晶纤维素得率角度,高温高压制备微晶纤维素的最佳工艺为:盐酸质量分数为2.5%、处理时间为180 min、水解温度为130℃;从表面膨胀体积角度,高温高压制备微晶纤维素的最佳工艺为:盐酸质量分数为1.0%、处理时间为120 min、水解温度为150℃。 This paper discussed the effects of treatment temperature,treatment time and HCl concentration on producing the microcrystalline cellulose by high temperature and pressure process.The results showed that from the microcrystalline cellulose obtained rate,the conditions in product microcrystalline cellulose by high temperature and pressure process were optimal as a collection which included HCl with 2.5% of concentration,180 min of treated time and 130℃ of hydrolytic temperature.However,in the comparison system of surface expansion volume,the collection by high temperature and pressure process was better,with HCl with 1.0% of concentration,120 min of treated time and 150℃ of hydrolytic temperature.
