摘要
目的:初步探索赛前集训期运动员上呼吸道感染与Th1/Th2偏移的关系。方法:依据问卷调查参加第十一届全运会前3个月集训期的168名运动员和50名非体育专业大学生的上呼吸道感染年发病频率(URTIF)差异确定4组研究对象:运动员对照组(Ⅰ组)、常患感冒组(Ⅱ组)、现患感冒组(Ⅲ组)和大学生对照组(Ⅳ组)。检测每组20人的Th1型细胞因子~干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、Th2型细胞因子~白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、T-淋巴细胞转换指数(T-LTI)、血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)。结果:运动员年URTIF平均达4次以上,明显高于Ⅳ组。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组IFN-γ浓度分别为Ⅳ组和Ⅰ组的65%、59%、62%和58%。IL-4浓度除Ⅱ组明显高于Ⅳ组和Ⅰ组外,余者间无显著差异。Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的IFN-γ/IL-4比值也明显低于Ⅳ组和Ⅰ组。三组运动员的血清IgG浓度明显高于Ⅳ组。Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组的T-LTI明显高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的T-LTI,但Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组之间的T-LTI无明显差异。结论:集训期运动员年患URTIF高于非体育专业大学生;年患URTIF较高的运动员,Th1/Th2向Th2偏移,细胞免疫功能下调。
Objective: this study aimed to probe the relationship between the upper respirator tract infection frequency(URTIF) and the Imbalance of Th1/Th2.Methods:According to questionnaire survey difference of the URTIF which was investigated on 168 athletes during collected training before nationwide sports competition and 50 male undergraduates coming from no physical education specialty in a year,to definite 4 groups object of study: the control group of athletes(groupⅠ);the frequent cold group(groupⅡ);the being cold group(groupⅢ);the university student control group(group Ⅳ).To detect Th1 cytokine-interferonγ(IFN-γ),Th2 cytokine-Interleukin 4(IL-4),T-lymophcyte transformation index(T-LTI),serum Immunoglobulin(Ig) which 20 persons were selected randomly from each group.Results: The average of the athletes' URTIF were 4 times in a year,and were significantly higher than the control group Ⅳ.The IFN-γ consistency of the groupⅡand the group Ⅲ were respectively 65%,59%,62% and 58% of the group Ⅳ and the group Ⅰ.Except IL-4 consistency ofⅡgroups was significantly higher than the groupⅠ and the groupⅣ,there were not significantly different among IL-4 consistency of rest groups.The IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio of the groupⅡand the group Ⅲ significantly were lower than the group Ⅳ and the group Ⅰ.The serum Ig consistency of the 3 athletes significantly were higher than the group Ⅳ.T-LTI of the group Ⅳ and the group Ⅰsignificantly were higher than the groupⅡand the group Ⅲ,but there were not significantly different between the group Ⅳ and the group Ⅰ.Conclusion: URTIF of the athletes during collected training in a year were higher than the university student in no physical education specialty;there were Th1/Th2 to Th2 excursion and the down-regulation of cellular immunity function in the athletes suffering from higher URTIF in a year.
