彩色多普勒诊断剂量对仔鼠骨髓淋巴细胞DNA含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价彩色多普勒超声在产科检查中的安全性。材料与方法:运用流式细胞仪分析在不同时间(0、10、20、30min)、不同频率(0、2.5、3.5、7.0MHz)的彩色多普勒照射孕鼠后,其仔鼠骨髓淋巴细胞DNA含量的变化。结果:不同时间、不同频率的彩色多普勒对仔鼠骨髓淋巴细胞DNA含量DI值的单独及交互作用不显著。结论:彩色多普勒7.0MHz及照射早孕期宫内胚胎30min以内。 Purpose: To evaluate genetic toxicology of diagnostic Color Doppler Ultrasound . Materials and Methods: The DNA content of bone marrow lymphocytes in newborn rats were analyzed with flow cystometry (FCM) after being intrauterinely irradiated using ultrasound for 0,10,20 and 30 min.at frequencies of 0,2.5,3.5 and 7.0 MHz. Results: The DNA index (DI) values of bone marrow lymphocytes in newborn rats were not significantly different to that of control and interaction of Color Doppler Ultrasound parameters, both exposure times and frequencies had no significant influence on the trial group. Conclusion: Exposure of pregnant rats to Color Doppler Ultrasound with a frequency less than 7.0 MHz and shorter than 30 min has no effect on DNA content of the bone marrow lymphocytes in newborn rats.
