摘要
运用数据包络分析方法(DEA),从投入产出的角度,对2006—2008年江苏省及三大区域开发区土地集约利用效率进行了分析和对比研究。结果表明:(1)开发区综合技术效率值为0,438,土地集约利用水平有不断升高的趋势,三大区域开发区土地集约利用效率存在较大差异,苏中土地集约利用效率平均水平略高于苏南,而苏北最低;(2)绝大多数的开发区仍处于规模报酬递增阶段,苏南处于规模报酬递减阶段的开发区数量占比最大,苏北处于规模报酬递增阶段的开发区数量占比最大;(3)从投入导向和产出导向来看,开发区实际值与效率目标值都有一定差距,但差距在逐渐缩小。
By using Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA）, this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the intensive land use efficiency in development zones across the province and the three regions in terms of input and output from 2006 to 2008, making up for the lack of research about the intensive land use efficiency of development zones. The results are as follows： （1） The comprehensive technical efficiency of Development zones is 0. 438, and the intensive land use efficiency is rising. The three regions are quite different, with the central part being slightly better than the southern part and the northern part being the lowest. （2） Most of the development zones in Jiangsu Province are still in the phase of increasing returns, of which the southern part has the largest proportion at decreasing returns while the northern part has the largest proportion at increasing returns. （3） From the input-oriented and output-oriented view, a large gap exists between the actual value and the target efficiency value, though the gap is narrowing.
