摘要
为了提高邯郸热电有限责任公司670 t/h煤粉锅炉运行的经济性,分3个不同负荷进行了锅炉调整工况试验、调整工况试验前后的性能摸底试验和优化工况试验。由于锅炉辅机电耗及锅炉主、再热蒸汽温度影响机组的经济性,因此,将锅炉综合效率的概念引入到试验分析中,从整个机组经济性的角度来评价试验结果。通过试验,提高了锅炉运行的经济性,3个负荷下锅炉综合效率较调整前分别提高了2.6%、2.53%和2.3%。
To improve the economics of 670t/h pulverized coal fired boiler operation in Handan Thermoelectricity Co Ltd under three different loads,adjustment operating mode tests are engaged in.Besides,performance sounding-out mode tests and optimal operating mode tests are arranged before and after the adjustment operating mode testes.Because boiler auxiliary equipments’ electric loss and boiler main steam and reheat steam temperature influence unit’s economics,the conception of boiler integrated efficiency is introduced into the analysis of experiment in order to evaluate test results from the standpoint of whole unit’s economics.Through the tests,the economics of boiler operation is increased.Boiler integrated efficiency is improved 2.6%,2.53% and 2.3% respectively under three separate loads.
