摘要
通过对锅炉进行空气动力场试验以及进行包括取样器分析、煤粉细度、挥发分含量、一次风率等方面的现状调查分析,认为造成某热电厂#4炉飞灰可燃物含量高的主要原因一方面在于火焰中心偏且不集中,另一方面在于取样装置漏风。经过对喷燃器补焊及取样装置改造实施后,燃烧动力场得到了明显改善,飞灰值含量低于设计值。
An aerodynamic field experiment of boiler is carried out and a field investigation is made on factors including fly ash sampler,coal particle sizes,volatile content and primary air ratio etc,the results show that one main reason is flame kernel deflection and dispersion,the other is air leakage from sampler that causes high content of combustible materials in fly ash of a thermal plant No.4 boiler.After repair welding in burner and modification in sampler device,there has a big improvement on aerodynamic and fly ash content is lower than design value.
