摘要
为了探讨单侧喉返神经麻痹的嗓音声学指标的客观变化,要用Dr.SpeechScienceforWin-dows计算机机应用软件对14例单侧喉返神经麻痹的患者进行嗓音测试分析,并与正常嗓音及声带息肉等病理嗓音进行比较。结果:振幅微扰、基频微扰和声门噪声、谐噪比值均比正常噪音高,差异有显著性意义,进一步了解喉返神经麻痹的声学特点。为临床提供声音嘶哑的客观指标。该噪音分析技术在噪音学科的科研临床应用等方面具有一定的价值。
The paper was designed to find the acoustic features of unilateral relapselaryngeal palsy (URLP). Fourteen patients with URI-P were studied by Dr. Speech forWindows voice analysis technique. There was statistical difference between unilateral relapse laryngeal palsy group and normal control group. The pathologic targets were foundsignificantly different from the normal control group and the vocal cord palsy group.Normal of the hoarseness were provided for clinical measurement.
