摘要
目前治疗慢性胰腺炎的主要方法有药物、内镜、体外震波碎石和外科手术。本文就慢性胰腺炎的各种治疗进展，重点是外科手术方式进展作一综述。
The current treatment of chronic pancreatitis（CP） includes medicine, endoscopy, extraeorpo-real shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL） and surgical methods. In this paper, a variety of treatments of chronic panereatitis, mainly progress in surgical methods are reviewed.
