摘要
战术级作战人员信息网(WIN-T)是美陆军史上第二次大规模重建的战术通信计划,是采用商用技术、用于传输有线/无线话音、数据、视频的21世纪战术通信系统。它将形成下一代高级战术互联网,是实现陆军2010年及以后作战概念最具竞争力的系统。从基础理论和体系结构对WIN-T进行研究,跟踪技术发展动态,分析结构及特点,找出其脆弱性,对我军构建下一代战术互联网体系结构有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。
Combatants Information Network Tactical（WIN-T） is the U.S.Army＇s second large-scale reconstruction of the tactical communications plan.It is the use of commercial technology for the transmission of wired / wireless voice,data and video tactical communications system in the 21st century.It will form the next generation of advanced tactical Internet.It is to achieve the most competitive system concept of operations of the Army in and beyond 2010.From the basic theory and architecture of the WIN-T study,tracking developments,the structure and characteristics is analyzed,their vulnerabilities is identified,and to build the next generation of our military tactics on the Internet architecture has important reference value and reference.
